 Perform the following actions:

- Go to C:\Users\userid\AppData\Roaming\SafeNet\MobilePASS\SAFENET_TOKEN_MP3 and delete the mt3 files.

- re enroll, the mobilepass

1.) Search > Settings > Network and Internet > Network Reset

if step 1 no good, do the next step

2.) run CMD

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

run ipconfig /release

run ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

Reboot

open sap logon  on desktop 

select HP1 ECC 6.0 Production

click logon

username: spocpw/Spoc monthly password 

for the license information screen, select the second option

double clicx1451k password support

enter xid 

click eyeglasses to check if details is correct 

go back to the initial screen

click on the padlock to check is acct is lock

click on change password

type the new password 

click on the check mark

type logon

enter xid and password

press enter after the ***

type vipvss on the option line

enter  1

enter 6

enter the user id of the one that we are resetting

press tab, change N to Y (chk details of user if correct)

press tab to get to password field

then change password (pw is long, 3 letters & 3 numbers)

-To Permanently change Long Password

*disconnect/ reconnect

*command - imsc

*enter EU id and temp password > system will ask for new/permament password
